What happens after I sign up?

Free signup is not a trial. The first time an administrator saves company settings, HarperHire generates up to 3 demo jobs and 3 sample interviewed applicants tailored to your business. Demo applicants are not real interviews, and the free account has no live interviewing features. Live interviews start with a Starter subscription.

Do applicants need a resume?

Harper's interview does not depend on one. A resume can still be supporting information if an applicant provides it.

Phone or video?

Both. Applicants can interview by phone, or record video answers on a phone or computer. Recorded video is on-demand, not a live video call.

Can Harper run a second interview?

Pro and Managed Hiring include automated SMS and second interviews, subject to your configured workflow and availability. Second interviews use interview credits, like first interviews. Starter does not include them.

What is in the report?

A summary, relevant answers, strengths, concerns to verify, scores from 0 to 10, and the full transcript. Scores are review aids.

Who makes the decision?

You do. HarperHire never hires or rejects anyone automatically.

What happens when I cancel?

Cancelling stops your plan from renewing, and you keep paid access through the end of the period you have paid for. Pro and Managed Hiring can be cancelled anytime, and Managed Hiring is month-to-month. Paid job-board advertising is billed separately by the job board.
